Coaching Programmes
Sophie currently offers three levels of coaching – Gold, Silver and Bronze. Which level is right for you is usually based on either – what you want to achieve, your time commitment or your budget (or of course all three).
Gold Coaching: (face-to-face in Sophie’s office or over the phone or Skype)
- 1 x 2 hour initial session, followed by 11 x 1 hour sessions
- 2 x mastermind days
- 2 x business planning sessions
- Email contact througout
Silver Coaching: (face-to-face in Sophie’s office or over the phone or Skype)
- 1 x 2 hour initial session, followed by 8 x 1 hour sessions
- 1 x mastermind day
- 1 x business planning session
- Email contact throughout
Bronze Coaching: (over the phone or Skype only)
- 1 x 2 hour initial session, followed by 11 x 30 min calls
- 1 x one day workshop of your choice
- Email contact through
When you are coached by Sophie you also have email contact between sessions, a manual to hold all your coaching sheets together, templates and forms for every area of your business and full support, motivation and encouragement whenever you most need it.
These 1-2-1 coaching programs offer an exciting means of ‘fast-tracking’ where you are today, to where you really want to be – using a bespoke mixture of powerful coaching tools, NLP, hypnosis and neurological re-patterning.
